Welcome to the CT APEX Accelerator — we’re excited to work with you.

CT APEX (formerly CTPTAC) has the mission to provide marketing and procurement assistance to Connecticut businesses interested in selling their goods or services to federal, state, or local governments. CT APEX is a statewide program serving all cities and towns in Connecticut.

As part of our onboarding process, all new CT APEX clients complete Foundational Readiness Sessions designed to prepare your business to pursue federal, state, and local government contracting opportunities with confidence.

These sessions provide essential knowledge and help you get the most value from your one-on-one counseling with your Primary CT APEX Counselor.

There is no strict timeline to complete these sessions. We encourage you to move at a pace that works best for you. Think of them as prerequisites that help position your business for success in the government marketplace.

Each client’s path may look a little different depending on your goals (federal, state, and/or local). Your Primary Counselor will guide you on which sessions apply and the recommended order.

Requirements to become a CT APEX Client:

  1. Your business must be For Profit business and headquartered in Connecticut
  2. Your business must have applicable technical and or business past performance history
  3. Your business must be e-commerce capable
  4. After you become CT APEX client, you must respond to our Satisfaction Surveys and report all Government Contract/ Sub-contract Awards at least quarterly
